Nutritional Scorecards – Downloads

As mentioned in my book, we have provided nutritional and dietary “scorecards” to help you gauge your progress as you go through your diet program. Tailored to the type of body you have and the goals of your diet, these cards list all the important information, including percentages of Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat intake, Fiber, Sugar, Sodium and other important nutrition information.

My philosophy is simple: “one size does not fit all when it comes to diet.” The scorecards in the book emphasize this point and focus on the bottom line…the nutrients.
