Functional fitness sessions combined with nutritional guidance from a Registered Dietitian. Sessions are designed to create an exercise routine and diet plan that you can continue on your own.

The functional fitness routines can easily be performed in your own home with a minimum of inexpensive equipment. Together we will sample various exercises until we find the ones that are perfect for you.

Weight Loss Counseling for Men and Women

This is a pragmatic step-by-step approach designed so that progress can be sustained indefinitely as a way of life.


The LEARN AND LOSE WEIGHT LOSS PLAN ($50. per session)

Perfect for groups between 6 and 12 participants. Ideal for corporations, community centers, churches, faculty lounges, and homes (or anywhere that people meet). The most crucial information regarding nutrition and fitness are condensed into five sessions. Only the most relevant information is covered to keep the sessions interesting, motivating, and concise. The goal is to gain the knowledge and confidence necessary to make healthy food choices, reach your ideal body weight, and be able to maintain that weight for the rest of your life.

The recommendations adhere to the 2010 “Dietary Guidelines for Americans” formulated by the U.S.D.A., the Department of Health and Human Services, and the U.S.D.A. Advisory Committee.


  • be able to calculate and monitor your calorie and nutrient needs
  • know how to exercise at the proper intensity, frequency, and duration to promote the maximum weight loss
  • be familiar with “The 5 Most Important Things You Can Do To Lose Weight”
  • be able to create healthy meals and snacks at the drop of a hat
  • list the functions and recommended ranges for each of the macronutrients
  • utilize many (if not all) of “The Top 10 Tips” to successfully make changes to your current diet
  • summarize the importance of fiber and proper hydration
  • feel confident that you will reach your ideal weight

The LEARN AND LOSE WEIGHT LOSS PLAN is based on the latest scientific research that will promote the changes in behavior that are necessary for long-term success.

Also encouraged are the successful practices and behaviors of the members of the National Weight Control Registry. The registry consist of over 10,000 members that have successfully lost significant amounts of weight and kept it off.

The group setting makes losing weight interesting, fun, and more affordable!


Parents want to do what’s right for their kids. But when it comes to sports nutrition it can sure gets confusing.  In two sessions I can put your mind at ease and answers all your questions and design a perfect diet for your kid.

How much protein is needed?

Are supplements OK and safe?

What are the best foods to eat before, during, and after training?

All these topics will be covered and much more. The first session we will sit down and discuss all your concerns and your current diet. When we meet again I will have a perfect diet designed for your young athlete. I will also suggest any supplements that are needed.
